Bugias North Beach Delights

Bugia is an Italian cookie, also known as Liar’s Cookies.Why? Because when your Italian grandmother made a batch and hid them away in a cookie jar, if you stole one she would know because the ample powdered sugar which coated the cookies would leave a tell-tail trail. Grandma would know when the kids were lying about stealing cookies. Made locally in North Beach, San Francisco.

Carol Halls Jams

Made locally in Fort Bragg, CA. These jams and Jellys are made in small batches using premium ingredients. We carry what we think are their two best products. Sweet Lemon Jam which is excellent on toast or as a filling for tarts. We also offer their Natural Mint Jelly which is a real authentic mint jelly. It contains none of the green coloring of some commercial jellys just small pieces of mint suspended in the jelly, a perfect companion to your lamb.

Cochon Volate BBQ Sauce

Made in Sonoma, this BBQ is out of this world. The name means Flying Pig and it is the perfect sauce for pork roasts or ribs. Whether you cook your meat in the sauce or use it as a topping or dip after cooking this sauce will be perfect. It has slightly smoky and sweet taste that goes perfectly with any cut of meat.

Handmade in San Francisco, these cookies truly taste homemade. They come in close to a dozen flavors, with varieties changing based on ingredient availability. These are the perfect sweet treat for any time of the day. Also available are moist delicious cakes from Crumb.

McClures Bloody Mary Mix

Finally a premium bloody mary mix that actually merits the name Premium. This excellent mix will make your friends think you juiced the tomatoes yourself. Just add your favorite Vodka and a sprig of celery and you'll become your friends favorite bartender.

Mussini Compotes

A fantastic line of compotes made from premium italian balsamic vinegar. Made from the finest ingredients according to the ancient classical Italian recipes "della nonna", or "of one's grandmother". Makes excellent appetizers with cheese, meats, desserts, panna cotta, ice cream and fresh vegetables.

Locally owned by a fellow resident of Mill Valley, this coffee comes from his native ethiopia. The beans are hand picked by the women of Aleta Wondo, and at least 20% of the profits are returned to them. The coffee is then roasted right here in Mill Valley. It has excellent flavor and comes in three different roasts a medium, dark and espresso.

Locally made in Larkspur, Ca. These chips are made from lentils and are perfect with almost any dip or cheese. They have a great crunchy texture and a unique lightly salted flavor.

Handmade authentic tamales. Made locally in Sonoma in the traditional style. These tamales come in a variety of flavors from the classic bean and cheese, to pumpkin and butternut squash.
