Some wines are in short supply and may sell out before we can remove them from our website. No orders will be processed until the wines are confirmed and on hand.

SHIPPING POLICY
All alcoholic beverages are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of California. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. Alcoholic beverages may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. In placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and that the person to whom you are directing delivery is at least 21 years old. Proof of age may be required before the sales transaction is completed. When your alcoholic beverages are delivered, the person receiving delivery may be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. If, between the date of order and the date of arrival, the laws of your state change so as to make it illegal to receive the shipment, you can return the order for a full refund.

HOT WEATHER SHIPPING
We will hold paid orders in our cool storage (at no charge) until weather is deemed appropriate for shipping.

SHIPPING COSTS
Our container, insurance and shipping charges are passed on to you, nothing more.

TAX
Sales tax will be applied to in-state (California) orders. No sales tax will be charged on out-of-state orders.

PRIVACY
We will not sell or otherwise share your personal information. It will never leave our store.

DISCOUNTS
All wines (except those marked "NET") assort for a 10% case discount on orders of 12 bottles or more. "NET" items do not discount but will count towards the case total.
